Post Maintenance Information for 5/18/26
We greatly appreciate everyones patience over the past weekend while we completed our infrastructure maintenance. Here are a few things that you may notice while the software settles into its new home.
- • To re-enable outgoing email from the program, you will need to re-verify your email address with our provider Amazon Web Services. Please use the links below if you need assistance.
- • If you use QB Desktop w/ the Web Connector to sync to RouteStar Online or The Service Program Online, you may need to clear the error logs and start a fresh sync.
- • If you use QB Online, you will need to navigate to the QB Dashboard and use the "Manage QBO Connection" button and re-authenticate QBO with our software to continue syncing. Click her for instructions on how to re-connect QBO with our software.
- • Adding attachments to route tickets, invoices, tasks, quotes, customers is operational again.
- • Due to the timing of the backups and some of the scheduled automations (like advancing route schedules), some users may need to advance their route schedule again if you see it is still showing last weeks dates.
