How to create a Customer in RSO

Step 1: Navigate to Customers > Customer Entry01.png

Step 2a: Begin entering the new customer's information02.png

  • If you do not see the customer's service address appear automatically when typing it into the 'Search for Service Address' field, you can manually enter the service address by clicking the small blue arrow in the center of the screen. 

Step 2b: Finish entering the new customer's information and click 'Save'03.png

Step 3: Sync between RSO and QuickBooks.
