How to view a Customer's service history in RouteStarOnline

Step 1: Navigate to a customer profile

Step 2: Click on the 'Transactions' tab

Here you will see the full-service history for this customer, including invoices that were created in QuickBooks prior to your integration with RouteStarOnline
