How to set the default form on a Route Ticket in TheServiceProgramOnline
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > System Settings
Step 2: Click on the 'Route Tickets' tab
Step 3: In the bottom right under the field called 'Default Ticket Form' select which form should be automatically attached to all Route Tickets
Step 4: Click 'Save'
