Part 1: Creating a Lead
Step 1: Navigate to Leads & Quotes > Lead Entry
Step 2a: Begin entering the new lead's information
- If you do not see the lead's service address appear automatically when typing it into the 'Search for Service Address' field, you can manually enter the service address by clicking the small blue arrow in the center of the screen.
Step 2b: Finish entering the new lead's information and click 'Save'
Step 3: Sync between TSPO and QuickBooks.

Part 2: Converting a Lead into a Customer
Step 1: Navigate to Leads & Quotes > Leads List
Step 2: Click on the name of the Lead you wish to convert into a customer
Step 3: Click either 'Convert to Customer' or 'Merge to Customer' at the top of the page
- Convert to Customer will take all of the Lead information such as name, phone number, email, etc, as well as any invoice history that Lead might have and create a new customer using that data.
- Merge to Customer will take ONLY the transactional data such as invoices and apply that data to an existing customer. The Lead information such as name, phone number, email, etc is NOT saved when using this option.
