*** This option ONLY works when creating a manual invoice in RouteStar Desktop***
- First, you must turn this option on. To turn this on, Along click on Settings -> Control Settings. Then click on the tab that says "Routes". Set the option "Show Account No of Invoice Detail" to YES. Its important that you now click the Close button to save those changes, then completely exit the software and open it back up. Sign back in and that option will be enabled.
CLICK HERE TO ENLARGE IMAGE - To use this option, you must go into the customer detail of any customer and make sure an Account Number is displayed under the tab that says "Detail". To get to the customer detail, go to Customer Info - > Customer List and double click on the customer name that you need to add this to. If you just added an Account Number, make sure you click the CLOSE button inside that customer detail to save the change before you continue.
CLICK HERE TO ENLARGE IMAGE - Now, if you create a new invoice in the software (Invoicing ->Create an invoice), when you select the customer name, the Account Number will auto load into the invoice.
