Zones and How to Sort Customers By Zones

First, open up your Customer List under Customer Info and then double click into the Zone field.

Here, you can create numeric values for Zones.  In this example, I am using zip codes for my Zones so Zone 1 will be zip code 32967 and Zone 2 will be 44545.

Once you have built your Zones, now you can select a Zone for a particular customer.  Once you do select that Zone, you will be prompted to update all customers with the same Postal Code to be part of that Zone.

All our customers with zip code 32967 are now in Zone 1.

We now have all our customers with zip code 32967 into Zone 1, and zip code 44545 are now in Zone 2.

If you go to your Route Schedule, you can now use the Zone tab to sort customers on the Route Schedule that are part of that particular Zone.
