Contract End Date
Contract End Date means that if a date is in provided, when you go to post memorized transactions to route tickets, if that date is less than today’s date it will not create a ticket.
For posting to Quick Books, if the contract is still in effect then it will post to Quick Books. The date that drives posting and checks the dates is the Posting date field.
Off Route Date
This is set independently from the contract end date. When you enter a date here, the system will prompt you to update all route schedule stops with this date. If you say “YES” then the stop good thru date will be populated with the date you enter here onto the Route Schedule.
If you remove the date from here it will remove the date from the stop good thru field on the Route Schedule.
