We have created a new option inside of The Service Program. This option allows you to update one customer at a time from QuickBooks desktop.
Please Note: This option is ONLY available with QuickBooks desktop at this time. This option does not currently work with QuickBooks Online.
How to update one customer at a time from QuickBooks Desktop:
- First, you must make your changes inside of QuickBooks Desktop. For example, you could update Billing or Shipping Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, etc....
- To update The Service Program, You will need to get into the "Customer Detail" for the Customer that you need to update. Along the top of the software go to Customer Info -> Customer List. Once your on the "Customer List", Locate the customer you wish to update and double click the name which will be listed in blue and underlined. This will take you into the "Customer Detail".
- Once you are inside of the "Customer Detail", there will be a button that says "Refresh from QuickBooks". Click the button that says, "Refresh from QuickBooks" and then click Yes on the popup that says "Are you sure you want to update this customer from QuickBooks?".
- Once the system is done you will get a popup that says, "Complete". Click OK on that popup and you will notice that whatever changes you made in QuickBooks desktop, have now updated into The Service Program.
Important Note: This option automatically updates the web side for the "Customer" that you just used this option on. So there is no need to sync "customers" with the Mobile devices, to get the information related to this one customer, updated on the web side.
